Gosh how windy is it here today.. The trees in our garden are swaying like crazy.

And the rain oh dear I do hope we get better weather in the week..

My card for today is this cute Tilda....

I have coloured her with Promarkers. I have sat her on another Magnolia Stamp that I have also coloured with promarkers. The backing papers are from portobello Road collection, so are the ribbon bows and sentiment.

This is my second post for today.  This one is to show you a commission I had to make at short notice.... and here it is:

Apologies for the photo this one was taken on my phone as hubby has kidnapped my camera..
So it the colours look washed out, it is alot more vibrant in real life..  


The papers are a freebie out a magazine, I found this image on Etsy today.. Just perfect for what I wanted.. I coloured her with promarkers (tan, blush, pearl blue, cocktail pink). The sentiment was printed off the computer.. Ribbon and charm from my stash.  Flowers from WOC..

I am entering this into the shopping our stash challenge this week which is 'starts with B' so I thought this card perfect because of her BUMP, the colour BLUE, the BOW and BABY..

Have a Sweet Birthday..

Good morning all,

What another terrible looking day.. At least it not pouring down like yesterday..

I am soooo looking forward to some summer days.

Anyway my card for today is this Tilda..

I think she is sooooo adorable. I have coloured her with promarkers. (cocktail pink, cinnamon, cool grey 3, tan, sandstone, cheshnut, blush) I used an oval nesti die and a scalloped oval nesti to cut her out...Flowers are from WOC.

And here is my card... It is not a very good picture again today.. Think I need a course on photograghy. Will keep practising..

For the bottom of this card I LAYERED some cupcake stamps from Kanban and coloured with promarkers, glitter and embellished with pearls and gems..

I also LAYERED some fabric flowers it the top right corner and added the sentiment (also from Kanban)

The backing papers are from Dovercraft..

A Pirates Life...

Good morning all, hope you are all well this morning...

The weather doesn't seem too bad today, the sun is making a slight apperance from behind the clouds for a chance..

My card for today is this Edwin pirate...

He has been coloured using promarkers.. The barrel, skull and anchor stamp is also from Magnolia' this is also coloured with promarkers.  The papers I have used for this card are Rusty Pickle from Create and Craft..  The fabric down the left side was from the same pack from create and craft.. i used the fabric then to make a little ruffle embelly and attached a ship button in the centre..

The skull and cross bones and the sentiment is cut from some of the papers from the Rusty Pickle pack..I attached Edwin and the sentiment on with foam pads for extra dimension..

I distressed the edge of the image with my scissors then added tea bag distrss inks

I had fun making this card, hope you like it..

New Baby...

Hello again all,

This is my second post for this evening....Yeh!!

This card is another LOTV (sorry I am loving their images so much, will try to work with something else soon, I promise! LOL)

I have also coloured this image with my promarkers.. The backing paper I have used was free with a recent magazine.. I have added a purple lace ribbon around the card and then added a smaller double layer of lilac satin ribbon.. The sentiment is a preprinted one layered onto lilac and purle card stock.. I have added flowers tofinish..

Hope you all had a great weekend and a good start to the week..

It is my babys 3rd Birthday today... What an hecic day.. I have just managed to get two very excited and hyperactive boys off to bed..phew.. (I dont think I will be very far behind them lol)

Anyway onto my first card for today:

I have used this great LOTV stamp:

I have coloured him using promarkers.. I have used some very old papers from my scraps box so cant tell you where they are from.. I cut the bunting out myself freehand.  I added lots of faux stitching to each of the bunting flags and the red cardstock layer.. I also drawed a border freehand round the larger patterned paper.  The sentiment stamp is also from LOTV..

Good afternoon All,  Yeah its Friday....

My little mans are staying at their nans tonight so that me and hubby can go toy shopping for my youngest birthday on Monday (cant believe my baby is going to be 3).  Then we will probably have a meal out for a change..

This cute little girl is from a Kanban set... I have coloured her with promarkers (buttercup, blush, meadow green, tan, sandstone) and added glitter to the balloons..  the papers are from the Boofle pad.. Flowers from WOC.. little gems and ribbon from my stash.. The sentiment is printed from the computer..

Hope you are all well... The weather has been terrible here again today... Well at least it following the saying of 'April Showers'... Hope it has been better where you are..

My card for today is shopping Tilda...

I coloured Tilda using promarkers. The papers were some old ones from my lefterovers (sorry not sure who they are by)... I added ribbon and a metal ribbon embellishment.  I stamped LOTV sentiment onto a metal edged tag and layered onto large fabric flowers.  To finish I added little gems for her earings and pendant.

My card for today is one of the new release LOTV stamps. And here it is:

I coloured this image with my promarkers.. All the papers are from Kaisercraft - Up, Up & Away Collection pad.. The Good luck sentiment stamp is also LOTV... I added a bow, button and pins to embellish... Both the papers and image have been inked around the edges with tea dye Distress Ink..

The sun is shining today (yippee, after yesterdays terrible showers)

I hope we have more of it over the weekend.

Before I get onto my card I would like to welcome my new followers.

My card is using the Yound Love stamp by Mo Manning, i have used nice pastel colours.. I can imagine this couple sitting on the park bench in the spring admiring the flowers. lol..

I coloured this adorable couple with promarkers (blush, pale pink, dusky pink, tan, sandstone, pale green, khaki, cinnamon, shale, meadow green, lush green, leaf green, pear green.

I used my new marianne flower dies to create the flower and leaves in the left corner. I have used some nitwit papers that were free with a magazine, the flower in the pot was also off one of these sheets. I added pearls to finish.

The weather looks quite bright here today, shame it brightening up now AFTER the hols.. :-(

My card for today is another LOTV.. and here she is:

I have coloured her with promarkers (blush, tan, sandstone, rose pink, buttercup, leaf green, meadow green).. The papers are Dovercraft (i think) and the heart strip paper is from my scraps.

i have used candi, flowers and some swirly pearls to embellish.. I like this colour combination, fresh and bright..

I enjoyed making this card, the colours are my fav.. (and work well together I think?)

Hello bloggers and a Happy Easter Monday to you all.

I hope you have all enjoyed your Easter break and managed to eat lots of yummy eggs..

The weather here in the Midlands has been terrible all weekend.. Typical bank holiday weather!!!

I have a few posts for today as I have not posted for a few days..

My First is a CAS design, using my Furry Friend CD rom from Joanna Sheen.

I printed this topper from the cd, decoupaged it up, added the printed sentiment.. Mat and layered on the 2 green coloured card and attached to the backing paper (from me to you range) also mat and layered onto the coloured card.

Hope you like this quick and simple design.

Happy Good Friday to you all, the sun is shining here this morning, hopefully we are going to have a repeat of last weeks gorgeous weather for the Easter hols...

I have been looking at all of your lovely blogs these past few days, there are sooooo many talented crafters out these all with wonderful ideas and inspiration.. My card for today is another new release from LOTV (I couldnt resist buying this one last week).. and here it is:

I coloured this cute image with promarkers (sorry did not list the colours)..

The blue hearts paper is from the Boofle range, the pink embossed heart card is from my scraps box.

I layered the image onto two nesti scalloped circles.. I punched the hearts.. Added a flowers. ribbon and bow with charm to finish..

Poppy is doing good, into everything (just like having a new baby again). She wants to play all of the time.. and is very very greedy!!

Happy Birthday....

Hello all,

Oh dear what a terrible day its been, windy, rainy and SNOWY!!... I can't believe it after last weeks sunshine. Fingers crossed the sunshine will be back for the Easter weekend. (but I wont hold me breath)

Hope the weather has been better where you are.

My card for today is for a little boy, I love this digi stamp called Sean Slingshot by Bugaboo..

For the main image I printed the fence and sean (both bugaboo digis) and coloured using promarkers.i cut both out and layered onto sky effect card (from Kanban).. Then I layered the image onto cream cardstock and then onto brown..

The backing papers i have used are from K & co... I drawed a freehand border around the papers.

I punched a star and set eyelets into it and tied parcel cord through it.

I added a peel off Happy Birthday Sentiment and candi to finish..

I enjoyed making this bright boys card.. Hope you like what I have done.

My last card for today is another LOTV (new releases), I am so pleased with these new stamps, think I may have to order the whole new range..

I coloured the image using promarkers.. The sentiment is some old peel offs mat and layered onto white and red cardstock.. The papers are K & co... I punched the heart shape and attached a heart shaped button. I also added card candi next to the heart.

Princess..

Good afternoon all, hope you have all had a good weekend.

The sunshine as been  back out today in the Midlands, lets hope we have another week like last week.

My First card for today is this little princess

This cutie is a LOTV stamp coloured with promarkers (tan, blush, buttercup, mango, tulip yellow, cool aqua, arctic blue, china blue)..

The paper s from K and Co... I embellished with buttons, flowers and a charm..

I added a paper doily just behind the image for extra detail..

I like these soft aqua (ish style colours).
