News...News... News.... and a Card.

Good afternoon all..

Hope you are all well, sorry its been a few days since my last post I have not had much time to myself lately but am hoping to get some crafting time of the weekend.

I have quite a bit of news to share too..

Firstly I was picked as winner over at Moving Along with the times and I was also chosen as the winner of Caz's fab ribbon candy..and in the top three at Pile it on.. 

So I have been really chuffed but then I had even more news yesterday, I am so so excited that I have been chosen to join the wonderfully talented ladies over at Crafty Ribbons DT... This is my first even DT position, it is such a wonderful feeling knowing that other people like what I do..

I am looking forward to working with everyone at Crafty Ribbons. Thanks again for having me ladies...

Right now I finally have a card to show.. I have used my new LOTV image coloured with promarkers:

I really struggled to get a good pic of this card. The colours seemed so dark in the photos - this is the best I have managed..

I have used K & Co DP's from the Hopscotch pad.. I used a Fiskars border punch and nesti die for the circles cuts.. I embellished with ribbon from Crafty Ribbons (one of Bev's goody bags), a anchor charm from stash and a preprinted sentiment to finish.

Emma with shoes...

Hello again all....

This is my second post/card for today.. For this one I have used Emma with shoes from LOTV.

i have coloured her with promarkers... Cut out using nestis. Dp's are First Edition Isabella pad.

I embellished with swirl diecuts with glitter gems, pearls, ribbon and bow, flowers from woc.  The sentiment is a preprinted one..

Flowers...

Good afternoon bloggers.. Hope you are all well and enjoyed the bank hol..

We had a terrible day yesterday, we decided to take the boys to Blackpool for the day. And surprise, surprise the weather was normal for a typical bank hol.. It was so windy and wet.. And the traffic on the M6 on the way home was terrible and the weather was horrendous, It took us twice as long to get home.. So hubby is back to work today and guess what..... the sun is shining TODAY.... This uk weather is really

The papers are gorgeous they are from one of the new Nitwit pads from LOTV.. Really great valve for money, cant wait to get more,, I have used satin ribbon for the bow and pearls from WOC... The border is MS punch..

Teddy and Robin....

Good morning bloggers.. Hope you are all well..

I have a card to show you using the new LOTV teddy and robin chirstmas stamp.

I decided to use a theme of black and white for this one.

This card was a really quick CAS design.. The DP is from black and white paper pad (not sure of the name)..I cut it out so the scalloped frame was in the centre and then added the image.. The card blank I handmade from some Metallic cardstock... Image is coloured with promarkers and glitter.

Goth Girl....

Good morning bloggers... Hope you are well and having a good week..

I am struggling with my cards at the moment, we have had a busy week really and I am so so tired, I think about making cards all day but when I do get time of an evening to go into my craft room, all I feel like doing is going to bed...

Todays card is one I put together quickly last night not sure what I think of this one yet, I will let you decide...(lol)

I have used Goth Girl digi from Stamping Boutique... Coloured with promarkers.. I have used red mirri and left over papers from my scraps box.. Embellished with black mesh, black ribbon, some chipboard shapes that I have inked red and added glitter.. Finished with a metal skull charm and some candi.

Dragon Love.....

Good morning all... Gosh its windy here today...

Thank you for all the Birthday wishes for Harley yesterday... He had a fab day..

We went to the playground and skate park with his nan and grandad, then we had some lunch and cake.. Then in the evening when Steve finished work we went to the play barn and finished off with Pizzahut (Harleys Favourite).. Both boys were worn out (so was I)..lol..

Todays card was a quick make really, and Im not too happy with it but I thought I would post it anyway has I have not got another to show just yet...

I have used True Love digi from Stamping Dragon..coloured with promarkers.. The DP was a bit of left over out my scraps box, sorry not sure who it by.. I used two ribbons and little gems to embellish.. The sentiment stamp is from a Popcorn Bear set..

Good Monday morning all... Hope you are all well and had a good weekend...

Its a dull wet morning here in the Midlands, I do hope it brightens up for tomorrow, my eldest is 7 tomorrow, can't believe how quickly they grow up. Wish they would stay my babies forever lol...

For my card today I have used another digi that I won, this one is Noah's Ark from Stamping Boutique..

I coloured with promarkers and added a little glitter...

The DP's is K & Co... The water/waves are from nitwits Gone Fishing collection.. I just cut out and layered for extra dimension...To finish I added 3 flatbacked animal buttons.

I really enjoyed making this card, it a little different from what I normally do...Hope you like it..

To Someone Beary Special

Good Sunday afternoon all. Hope you have all had a great weekend.

I managed to make a few cards last night for several challenges that I want to enter..

My first one is using a new digi from the Beary Sweet Collection that I won recently..

This cute bear was so lovely to colour, I cant wait to get working with the others from the collection..

Ive coloured this sweet image with my promarkers and a bit of white pen.. Ive used kraft card, DP's from Boofle range and from stash.. Flowers and flat back pearls from WOC, ribbon from stash.. The Sentiment is from the stamp collection too..

Mans Best Friend....

Good morning blogging friends...

Welcome to my new followers, thank you for leaving comments and wanting to see more of my work, it means alot...

I am having a great week so far, Firstly I was the lucky winner of Maria's candy and then I was a chosen winner TWICE over at Crafty Ribbon so I have a voucher for Nitwits and LOTV yippee... How lucky am I lol....

Right enough of my excitement and on to todays card...

For this one I have used the Mo Manning - Shall i play for you digi, coloured with Promarkers..

The DP's are Dovercraft Vintage Christmas paper pack. I used an old Sizzix ornament die to cut the Kraft card and then inked one used Memento Rhubarb Ink.. I added string and a little bow to each one...

Here is the full card:

The sentiment stamp is from a christmas pack  I purchased last year in sale from Hobby Craft (sorry not sure of the name).. I finished with a bow and pearl adhesive gems.

Another Christmas Fairy/Angel

Good afternoon blogging friends...

Hope you are all well and had a good weekend...

We had a calm few days at the caravan.. When we returned yesterday I switched on my computer to check emails and to look at what everyone on blogger had been up to over the weekend, it was a fab surprise to find out that I was the winner of Maria's amazing candy (my first ever candy win) Yippee.. Right now onto another card, i have used my fav Mo Manning christmas image at the moment, she is just so adorable to colour.. I have already done her in pastels pinks and blues so thought I would try a more traditional colour...

i have coloured her with Promarkers, glitter and a touch of stickles..

I cut her out using my nesti's.. The papers are from a new pad I brought at the weekend by Dovecraft (Vintage christmas)...

I decided not to add a sentiment this time...

To a Special Girlfriend....

Afternoon blogging friends...

What a lovely day it is here in the Midlands.. I am sitting in the garden, just visiting some of your amazing blogs while my boys are laying in the paddling pool...They are giggling their little heads off, bless them...

I was asked to make a large A4 size cute teddy/hearts card for a girlfriend, this is what I came up with..

I have used Popcorn bears coloured with promarkers.. The DP and sentiments were printed using the Forever Friends black and gold CD rom..I used adhesive pearls and flowers from woc.. Lace adhesive trim and ribbon from stash..I added the heart also from the CD with foam pads for extra depth..

The inside is decorated to compliment the front.

Me and the boys are just watching Spooky buddies.. So while its quiet I thought I would post my second and last post for today..

I have used an old stamp from Personal Impressions.

I have used snow tex to make him feel really and come to life...lol..

I coloured his hat and scraf with promarkers and glitter..

He is cut out with my nesti's.. I used some old snowflake embellishments and gingham ribbon from my stash to finish.

Pillow Box

As i mentioned yesterday, I have a pillow box to show you today, I have made this for my mums birthday gift.  It is the first one I have made so I am quite happy with the result..

The Dp's are Boofle, and so are the large blooms.. The flower in the middle of the bloom is WOC..

The image is one of my fav LOTV's, I have coloured with promarkers and inked with sea breeze chalk ink.  I used pink pearls, green rhinestones and pink and green organza ribbon to finish...

Santa Sack..

I have used Santa N Sack digi from Digidoodle..

I have coloured santa with promarkers and lots of glitter on the fur of his suit and hat to add some christmas sparkle. The Dp's were odd bits out of last years christmas stash and so was the gift topper... I finished with candi and a Merry Christmas table confetti sentiment....
