Good evening all... Hope you are all well..

 

Another late post from me today peeps. Sorry just dont seem to get any spare time until the boys are tucked up in bed these days..

 

My card for today is such a cuddly character from Teddy Bo...

 

 

I have coloured this cutie with my promarkers.. The DP's are a freebie from magazine..

Ribbon from Crafty Ribbons. Red gems and holly flat back button from Hobbycraft. To finish I added a little die cut snowflake..

No Stamping today..

Good evening all... Hope you are all well..

 

Before I get onto my card I just want to say that my thoughts and prayers are with everyone who has been affected by Sandy, I can not begin to imagine how it must feel. My heart goes out to you all.. xxxxx

 

 

My card for today has no stamping on at all!!!

I have used another decoupage sheet from Craft Creations.

 

 

I love this beautiful scene.. In real life you can see the decoupage layers real make the picture stand out, it is gorgeous..

 

Here is the full card.

 

 

I used the starty night backing paper from Craft Creations onto a metallic purple card blank/

Then I mat and layered the decoupage image onto black and purple cardstock before attaching to the DP.. I used some gorgeous purple satin ribbon from Caz's candy win (thanks sweetie).. The Happy Christmas tag was from the decoupage sheet to.. I added a little blingy flowery gem to the bow to finish..

LOTV cookies and milk...

Evening all, hope you are all well..

 

Firstly I would like to wish my new followers a very warm welcome.. I am so pleased you have chosen to follow me.

 

For todays card I have used one of my new LOTV stamps (not sure of the name of this stamp but think my title may be close).. I just adore these cuties..They are great fun to colour too..

 

 

I have coloured with my distress inks.. The DP's are scraps from my stash.. I cut the image out using my nesti's. The glittered sentiment is a preprinted chipboard one from my stash.. To finish I added little paper flowers and added in the middle.. I also added stickles around the image too..

Here comes trouble...

Hello peeps.. This is my second post for today for this card I have used my new LOTV image that I purchased with the voucher I won from Suzie.. Thanks Sweetie... x

 

 

I have coloured this cute image with distress inks and glitter.. The DP's are K & Co. I used nestis for the scalloped circles and I used a circle punch for the small circle..

I added some faux stitching around the edge with a blk fineliner..

The sentiment is a chipboard one from my stash..

The little heart button in the corner is from Hobbycraft.

Happy Birthday Tilda.. With distress inks..

I have a birthday card to show today,  a nice break from christmas crafting lol..

 

For this one I have used tilda with present coloured with distress inks.

 

 

DP's are from Dovecraft back to basics.

 

 

I used some gorgeous glittery ribbon from Crafty Ribbons to wrap around the top of the easle card and the base... the flowers are from WOC and my stash..

 

 

I used a label tag I had free from a magazine quite a while ago on the base of the card... To finish I added pearls from WOC.

Tilda... Tea light/candle gift..

Good afternoon all, hope you are all well in blogland..

It is getting colder and colder by the day here..

I have been busy this morning doing the housework and just nipped to the supermarket to get my grandad shopping.  Have got to collect my stepsons in a while for them to stay with us for the weekend.. And then I am staying in with the heating on and my fluffy slippers keeping me nice and snug lol...

Right now I have another tea lighter gift to show you today..

 

I have used Tilda coloured with DI (I am still practicing but enjoying doing so) Her skin is a bit too dark on this colouring but I have done another one since this and have managed to get it better (you will see this in a future post)

 

 

 

The DP's are from Free pack with a magazine, I have used my nestis for the ovals... The star sentiment was also from the paper pad (magazine). I used satin ribbon from Crafty Ribbons and flowers from WOC...Some of the flower I have sprayed with silver sparkle

 

 

I have added some beautiful smelling scented candles..

Card and a Tag with NO stamping

Good afternoon to all in blogland..

Hope you are all well and have nice things planned for the weekend including lots of crafting.. It is so cold here today.. We have been out shopping this morning and I took Harley to have his hair cut and now we are back home and are staying home lol..

Today I want to show you a card and tag I have made without using stamping...

 

Both of these images were on a Craft Creations die cut decoupage sheet.. Great for a quick card, which I find especially useful for the stack of christmas cards that need to be made. The time is going so quickly, cant believe it nearly the end of October...

 

 

I have used Dovercraft DP's and This fabulous ribbon from Crafty Ribbons.

I also added a small gingerbread man button from Hobbycraft threaded with twine.

Its Christmas over at Crafty Ribbons

Good morning all..

 

Hope you  are all well in blogland..

 

Today is the start of a new challenge over at Crafty Ribbons, this fortnight we want to see your Christmas creations.. This challenge will run from 8.30am 25th October to 6pm

7th November and the prize for this challenge will be a selection of gorgeous vintage christmas ribbons.

 

Here is my take on the theme

 

 

I have used a Teddy Bea digi coloured with promarkers and glitter.. The DP is Dovecraft.

I have used a paper doily, foam snowflakes and pearl gems to embellish..

 

 

The stamped sentiment is from Personal impressions. I have used two gorgeous ribbons from crafty Ribbons.. They can be found here and here.

Teddy Bo Tree..

Good morning peeps...

 

Well its another wet and dull day here in the Midlands but at least the boys are off school and we can stay in the warm together lol... and I had some good news this morning, I am a winner of Suzie's fab LOTV candy. Thanks Suzie xxx

 

Now for todays card I have used a Teddy Bo image coloured with promarkers....

 

 

The DP's are from a free pack from Simply cards and papercraft. The fab Happy Christmas ribbon and red saatin ribbon is from Crafty Ribbons.. I finish this card with a tree button with adhesive gems on and some holly embellishments.

My attempt at DI...

Good afternoon to all in blogland..

 

Before I get onto my card I just want to thank you for stopping by my blog and for all the comments you all leave me... I look forward to the time of day I get chance to sit with a cuppa and read all the lovley comments you leave... I am still really enjoying the life in blogland, you are all so so talented and creative I enjoy visiting all your blogs even if I dont always get chance to leave comments.

 

Right now, yesterday I told you that I have been practicing painting with distress inks.  I have posted a few previous attempts with bears/fur but never managed to do any people/skin.. My first couple of attempts ended up in the bin as I think I over worked the ink and ended up looking dull and smudgy...but this card is the first one I was fairly happy with, what do you think? Any tips for me??

 

 

I have used a gorgeous Tilda... Coloured with DI and perfect pearls added to the necklace and bracelet...with a bit of white pen for her cheeks.

 

 

DP's are Dovercraft. Both ribbons are from Crafty Ribbons.. I added poinsetta dies layered with card candi in the middle.. A preprinted sentiment from stash and more card candi in top corner.

 

 

I love the softness of this card and the papers are beautiful.. Hope you like...

Teddy Bo Candy Cane

Good evening all... Hope you are all well..

 

I have been playing with my distress inks again today.. I am slowly getting used to them but to still need stacks and stacks of practice. I will get some pics took of the images I have done so far and get them posted next week..

 

For todays card I have used one of my new Teddy Bo images..coloured with promarkers, this image was great to colour and cant wait to make another card with this cutie..

 

 

I have used some candy cane DP from Dovecraft.. I layered different size poinstetta dies on top of each other to create the flower on this card.. I spritzed each alternative die with silver shimmer but you cant really see this in the picture. I added a flat back pearl from WOC in the middle for extra detail...

Another christmas card....

Good afternoon bloggers.. Hope you are all enjoying the weekend so far.

 

For todays card I have used Mo Mannings image coloured with promarkers and glitter

The DP's are from last years stash not sure the name of them I mat and layered papers and image onto silver mirri board

 

 

I have used 3 flowers from WOC... The silver Ribbon and bow are from Crafty Ribbons.

To finish I threaded two snowflake buttons with twine and attahced to my card.

Tea Lighter gift

Good evening bloggers, hope you are all well and looking forward to the weekend..

I have got a little card/gift to show you today... I have used the teddy and robin christmas stamp from LOTV AGAIN!!! (I just cant resist this cuddly cutie)

 

I have coloured with distress inks and used snow tex for the snow.. I cut out using nesti's

DP's are Dovercraft Vintage Christmas. Flower from my stash

 

I used a gold satin ribbon and a burgundy organza ribbon together to tie the card shut.

 

I added some scented tealighters inside the box..

A nice little gift for the ladies in the family this year..

Baby's 1st Christmas

Good morning all... Hope you are all well and having a good week...

Now onto todays card. I have used the LOTV bear again! (i just think he is sooooo cuddly and easy to colour)

 

 

I have coloured him with promarkers and added glitter for the snow... DP's are GCD (i think)

Babys 1st Christmas ribbon is from Crafty Ribbons new releases. It can be found here.

The flower and leaves are from my stash.. The trees at the botton are punch from shimmery gold cardstock. I Added a little christmasy gold corner peel off in top corner to finish..

YELLOW....Something a little different for me!

Afternoon everyone in blog land..I do hope it is warmer where you are cus it Frrrreeeeeeeeeeeeeeezzzzzzzzzzzzing here!!! lol...

 

I have already got Ronnies hat, scarves and gloves out ready to use..

 

Anyway enough of that I have a card to show today that is a bit different for me,, I have used Yellow, Yellow and more Yellow.. I'm still not sure if I like this card but thought I would post anyway so you can decide..

 

 

I have used a Teddy Bea and made her a little set of balloons to hold... I have coloured Bea with distress inks. How do you think I'm doing with these. (still need more practice I think)..

 

I have used different shades of yellow cardstock for this card, some of which I have embossed.

The wonderful yellowy/orangey ribbon is from Crafty Ribbons..

 

 

To finish I added some sparkly gem flowers from stash, some yellow gems and flowers from WOC.

Christmas Kiss....

Good afternoon blogging friends..

 

Hope you are all well and enjoyed the weekend.. They are just tooooooo short, aint they??

 

Its a very cold day here in the Midlands today but it is dry and fairly bright so not complaining...

 

For todays card I have followed the theme over at Lili's Little Fairies which is Classic Christmas..

 

 

I have used this adorable image from LOTV coloured with promarkers and some glitter..

I cut out using my nesti's..

The Sentiment stamp is also LOTV.. DP's are Dovecraft. I used some gorgeous ribbon from Crafty Ribbons.. To finish I added some punched bells and little bow and a corner peel off.

Teddy Bo birthday...

Good sunday afternoon to all.. Hope you are all well and enjoying the weekend so far.

 

I have been having a play with my distress inks again.. I think I am doing ok with furry little creatures but really struggling with painting skin.. What colour inks do you use? Any tips for me would be really appreciated..

 

Right now todays card I have used a Teddy Bo coloured with DI..

The DP's are First Edition Boho chic pad..

 

 

I have cut the image out using my nesti's. I hand cut the little flag and stamped the sentiment from the Teddy Bo set also.. Ive added a bow with flat back pearl and 3 flowers from WOC.

 

 

The inside is decorated to compliment the front.
