A purple Christmas

Good morning crafty friends.

Hope you are all well and having a good week.

I've been out this morning with the boys and poppy so now we are in for the day. I need to get lots of crafting done today, get orders complete and stock ready for craft fairs coming up in November.

I have a card to share now that I made for a recent order.

Sorry about the dark pic, just couldn't get enough light.. 

I love this saturated canary image. Coloured with promarkers. The DP are kaisercraft. I Diecut the age using my cricut machine. Flowers  and leaves from my stash.

I preprinted the sentiment  and added glitter brads and card candi both from my stash.

Puppy Love

Good Monday morning everyone.

Hope you we all well and have not been effected by the storms the UK are having at the moment. We have been lucky so far, the winds haven't been too bad and the rain has stopped for now.. 

I'm a very happy crafter this morning. A delivery man has just knocked my door and handed me a very large parcel.. When I closed the door I ripped it open to see I had won the DCWV summer competition from Quick Cards made Easy. So I am now the proud owner of stacks of new DCWV paper pads. Can't wait to have a play with them heeheee... (I will be smiling all day now)

Sorry I will try calm down and post today's card, 

This is a card I made for my aunt and uncles to give my other aunt and uncle on their wedding anniversary.. 

I used my fav cd rom called furry friends from Joanna Sheen for the image. The papers are Papermania, I used pearl hearts and lace from my stash. The gorgeous dotty ribbon is from crafty ribbons and can be found Here. I printed the sentiment from the computer.

A card for MANDY

Hello everyone, I'm back again with my second card for the day..

This one had been especially made for Mandy...

As many of you will know the lovely Mandy has stepped down from Crafty Ribbons after running the challenge since it started. Mandy has some health issues at the moment and so the Crafty Ribbons DT have all made something to send her. You can see the rest of the creations on the Inpiration blog.

Mandy you gave me my first ever DT position and I'm so grateful for that first chance. You ran the CR and PGD teams brilliantly and I know we all miss you (even thou the lovely ladies that are running them now are doing a great job) it's just not the same without you.

Mulled wine drinkers

Good Morning all

Today I'm joining Susan and Rachel from Crafty sentiments  to form the team Mulled Wine Drinkers.

For a little bit of fun all the Crafty Sentiment DT split into teams. Each team used one of the new stamps which we will be showing you over the next 5 days  on theInspirational Blog.  The image we were given to use was  Christmas rush. Then Each member of the team picked an element that we all needed to use on our creation.. As there are three members in our team we had to use 3 elements. 

Here is the card I made 

I coloured this fab image with my promarkers. The DPs are dove craft.. I embellished with flowers, berries, sequins, pearls, a fabric stocking topper, and glitter all from my stash. The gorgeous ribbon was from a local haberdashery .

Last GDT for sweet stamping

I used another fab image from LOTV art pad.. I used some old Christmas papers from last year distressed round the edge and inked with old paper DI. I used doily, ribbon, foam leaves, flower and wooden word from my stash. The sentiment I printed from the computer.

I don't make many distressed looking cards but I'm quite happy with how this turned out.

A christening card

Good morning everyone, I can't believe its Friday already,

The weeks are flying by..

For today's card I have made a christening card to add to my stock box

I have used one of my fav Mo Manning images called spit happens. 

I coloured with promarkers, and added glossy accents to the bottle.

I used dovecraft back to basics papers. Ribbon, resin roses, gem brad from my stash. Sentiment I printed from the computer.. For the crosses I used my spellbinders dies.

Pink anniversary

WRS.. Cute elephant

For my card I used a gorgeous image called A Christmas story

I coloured with promarkers and pencils... The line I used on the bingo board was RED, PEARLS and DIECUTs.. What line will you use?

The papers on this card are from docrafts but not sure the name of the pad. I used fab ribbon from crafty ribbons. I Diecut the border and threaded ribbon through. I also die cut the flower and added a flower pearl.

A new Harriet

Good afternoon crafty friends.

Sorry I've been such a bad blogger lately. 

Just seems to be one thing after another going wrong but I won't bore you will that.

 I have a card made with one of the fantastic new digi's from Crafty sentiments.

This little cutie is called Harriett with lantern. I've coloured here with promarkers and added a little glossy accents to the lantern.

I used these gorgeous papers from Papermania called first noël. 

The bauble toppers were a free stamp set that I stamped with distress ink then distressed even more with tyedie DI. This beautiful ribbon I picked up at wilko the other day in the Christmas section. Embellished with red pinecones, leaves, flowers, wooden word and gems all from my stash. 

I love the colours on this one.

Birthday cake

Hello everyone, sorry I'm late posting today.

Have had a rotten headache, it's finally eased now though. 

I have a comissioned card to show you now, that I made earlier.

I was given the sentiment spelling, I think it's happy birthday in polish..?

I used a cute image from LOTV coloured with promarkers.

I cut out the image with my Cricut and then created a frame and shadow for the image also using the Cricut. I die cut the sentiment and the age using my nesti's and big shot.

Red shirt

Good evening everyone..

Welcome to my new followers.. 

So sorry I have been quiet on blogger the past few days, I have been quite busy but am hoping to get back to normal with blogging tomorrow. 

For now I have an ordered card to show you. I made one similar to this quite a while about, but a lovely lady requested me to make one in red for her son in law.

This is a very old stamp of mine that I think I purchased for personal impressions quite a few years ago. I have coloured with promarkers and paper pieced the tie. I added glossy accents to the buttons.

I used papers from my scraps box. Embellished with twine and buttons from my stash.  Sentiment is a peel off. I drawled faux stitching in white and black pens.

Pretty in pink

From a very wet and dark part of the MIdlands. Hope it's better where you are.

My card for today is NOT a Christmas card.. Yay, I managed to make something normal lol. Nice to have a break from the masses of Christmas designs that I need to make.

I used my fav paper pad from LOTV. My old and very used little Mum bear stamp also from LOTV.

Coloured with promarkers. I added flowers and pearls from WOC. Butterfly sentiment, ribbon, lace and leaf pins from my stash. I used the Cricut to cut the numbers out.

Sparkly Christmas

I have yet another Christmas card to share today.,

And it's another LOTV art pad image. With list of glitter added.

I used some gorgeous wording DP from my stash. I die cut the Christmas trees and leaves  for white sparkle card.  I die cut the roses from red cardstock and added red stickles to the cente for some sparkle. I printed the sentiment from the computer.

Ellie with post box

Good evening everyone..

Hope you are all well.. It's gone quite cold here now. Brrr! 

I have another card share for today. And yes it's another Christmas one... Getting ready for a few fairs I have coming up...

I have used an adorable new image from Pink Gem Designs called Ellie with post box, I have used the pre coloured one. I added glitter for the snow and pinks tickles for Ellie's ear muffs scarf and boots.

The papers were from a few Christmas pads. I used an old portobello road envelope stamp and then used two crafters companion sentiments stamps (sent with love AND at Christmas) stamped inside the envelope stamp. I used kraft string from Papermania. Roses for WOC and gingham ribbon from Crafty ribbons

Today is the start of a new challenge at Crafty sentiments and it's my first challenge as part of the team. I'm so pleased to be working with these fab images, they are fantastic to colour.

Our challenge this week is Anything Goes

And the fab prize is up for grabs is

I used Annabel sweet treat coloured with promarkers

I love the Annabel images they are my fav character from crafty sentiments

I used some gorgeous free raspberry road papers that came with a. Amazing. I used ribbon, flowers, button and metal ribbon charm from my stash.the sentiment was from a complimenting CD to match the DPs.
