Today is the start of a new challenge of at A gem of a challenge and our theme for this week has been chosen by the lovely Wendy who would like to see our WINTER WONDERLAND creations.

I knew I had to use Janet's fab snow scene background Digi for this one and I teamed it up with Josh reindeer and Jodie reindeer digis also from pink gem designs. 

I added glitter to the image and a red peal for the reindeer nose...

I have another day of crafting planned today.. So many Christmas cards to make lol... Must start earlier next year..

Today is the start of a new challenge over at Crafty ribbons challenge

And our theme this week is a nice easy one

ANYTHING GOES - don't forget you must use ribbon somewhere on your creation.

I used red card stock to mat and layer this cute image onto and the. Layered onto dp..

A very quick  and easy card. But think the image is cute enough on its own.

Purple Christmas

Good evening everyone 

Hope you are all well and having a good week.

I have stacks of card orders to be cracking on with so I apologise for the lack of comments from me.. 

There just not enough hours in the day lately, lol

I have a card I made yesterday for an order

I used some scraps of patterned papers for this card with purple and lilac card stock.

I printed the coloured Chloe image and added to the card using silicone glue, to give it a little height.

I used a very old tag from my stash  that I purchased years ago

Glitter snowflakes and ribbon are both from my stash.

I'm not going to be posting a card today, I've been sorting out a new venture for me today. A lovely lady who owns a little boutique shop in Lichfield as kindly offered a space for me to display/sell my cards.. I have been there today and sorted out my stock. Very exciting day lol..

Christmas time at Crafty Sentiments

Retirement request

Good evening all.

I'm so busy with card orders at the moment and have two craft fairs this weekend too 

Oh dear think I need to keep making lol..

Here is a card I made for a special order.,

I was asked to make a retirement card for a lady who likes a glass of Vodka or two.. And for it to include little people wearing orange hats and crying (these representing her work collegues who are upset she is leaving) 

I hope you like what I can up with.

Image is from bugaboo coloured with promarkers, I added glossy accents to her glasses and bottles.

The DPs on this card are from one of the DCWV. I doodled the border panel at the bottom with black fineliner and orange promarker for their hats.

Jingle Bells

Good morning everyone.

Hope you are all well.

I finally started the Christmas shopping yesterday. Very late for me this year, as I've usually finished by now, but just not been feeling like thinking about all the Christmassy stuff. As I said the other day I have a lot happening at home lately and have stepped down from a few design teams..

Tatty teddy babies

Hello all.. Hope you are all well... 

I have not been a very good blogger recently, I have a lot going on at home at the moment and am finding it hard to get my head straight for commenting etc.. So Ido apologize for the lack of comments from me on your posts. I am viewing just not always commenting., really sorry, I do hope things will be back to normal for me soon. Cute Christmas

A big welcome to my neatest followers and a quick thank you to older followers. I know I'm not the best blogger/commentor lately. Having loads to deal with at home at the moment, but won't go into details. I'm here to show you my second card for the day..

This time it's a cute elephant stamp that came with magazine this month..

I've coloured with promarkers and added stickles, glitter and quite flower soft for the snow.

The sentiment stamp came with the elephant stamp and the DPs were also a magazine freebie but had this last month in think. I finished the card off with two red pearls.

A Boofle thank you

Good morning all.

It's another dark and wet day here again.. Hope it's better where you are...

I needed to make a card to say thank you to a friend of our family for helping us last weekend, so decided to use another Boofle image

I used cream embossed card, a Boofle image cut out from a paperstax pad.

The patchwork paper behind Boofle is also from the pack.

I added string and thank you sentiment from my stash.

A nice simple card but exactly what I wanted... Hope you like it

One for the boys

Hello crafty friends.

Hope you are all well. The boys have gone back to school today..

So I hoping to get lots of crafting time in this week,

I have a male card to share for a change today, as the new challenge over at Crafty sentiments is
ONE FOR THE BOYS

And it's ANOTHER easel card. I just love making these and everyone at my craft fairs seems to like them too.. I used roller skates for my image coloured with promarkers.

The DP on the front panel is from Kanban. The bottom DP is from dovecraft.

I used foam clouds from my stash. Self adhesive cork sheets to die dut the leaves. Flowers from WOC. Sentiment from my stash.

A Boofle Christmas

Good afternoon everyone..

Hope you've had a good weekend. The boys are back at school tomorrow.. 

We have been to see my grandad this afternoon and popped to the skate park with the scooters for half hour. Glad we back home in the warm now... It's sooooooooo cold out there!

I have been making some more easel cards this morning for some craft fairs this month..

Here is a Boofle one I made using a some of the kit I had left from last year.

I love this cute image. I mat and layered onto red and white cardstock. The DP was from docrafts I think! Sentiment topper is also from Boofle pack. Ribbon and flowers are from hobby craft.

I'm a little late with today's post. I have been playing in my craft room this afternoon while the boys were quiet playing in their rooms (us mums have to make the most of the calm times, don't we? Lol )

this can be dry or wet embossing the choice is yours.  Just make sure that the main image on your card is a Teddy/Bear otherwise your entry will be removed.

I made some small Christmas cards and a box to match them. I thought these would be good for my craft fairs this month. I used kraft, red and cream card stock. I embossed the cream card with my hearts embossing folder. I used some gorgeous ribbons from crafty ribbons. The little forever friends toppers were a freebie with a magazine.
