HEDGY Anniversary

Hello everyone, 

Hope you are all having a good week..

Today is the start of a new challenge over at Crafty Ribbons Challenge Blog 
And it's a Nice Easy one 
ANYTHING GOES

The prize this time is 


I used some cute little hedges from pink gem designs (pre coloured version) 


I used silver Mirri board for the mat and layering.. Embossed some white card for the background.
Embellished with doily, gem, punched heart and flowers from my stash
The gorgeous lace is of course from craftyribbons

I'm really happy how this card turned out :-)

And it's another BeBunni

Evening Bloggers.

Just stopping by to share a card that I've forgot to blog from Mothers Day..


I used the cute BeBunni floral stamp for this card coloured with polychromos and some glitter on the flower..These Papers are some of my fav K&Co ones.. Embellished with 3 different flowers (card one, jute one and paper one) Sentiment printed from the computer.. Finished with some gingham ribbon from my stash..

BeBunni Birthday

Hello everyone, 

I think It's been freezing cold today although people do keep telling me it not that cold and I must be coming down with a cold or something.. :-(

Anyway onto my card and today it's a BeBunni Birthday card


I printed the Easel Card Elements from the floral CD and assembled together onto a white cardblank..
Embellished with ribbon, pearl hearts, resin roses and gold peel off stickers.

Freebie and LOTV papers

Hello bloggers,

Hope you are all having a lovely Sunday, the weather has been nice here again. Boys spent most of the day in the garden :-) which has gave me time to play with the Free Stamps that came with This months issue of Quick Cards that arrived though my door yesterday.

As soon as I saw them I knew they would go great with the lotv papers - one birdie lane

red, white & blue

Evening everyone, sorry I've been such a bad blogger this week, it's been a little bit busy with my youngest turning 6 Thursday .. Can't quite believe it... Only seems like yesterday that I was on my way to the hospital to have him and now he is 6 and growing up to be a lovely kind and caring little man... :-)

Right anyway enough of me going on time to share a card..
The spec I had for this one was a card for dad with a Isle of Man theme..
This is what I came up with...



Quite different from my usual style but I'm happy it turned out how I planned..

I used a page from an old road atlas layered onto red and blue card stock..
I inked the wooden letters and fixed on the front of the card
Die cut the banner and added buttons
Finished off with sentiment from my stash with a little ink added..

angel in the sky

Hello bloggers...

How's your Saturday been? I've had a great day at a local Vintage and Handmade fair..
Was a lovely day out and made sales and got orders too :-) so a great bonus..

Now for today's (late lol) card share I was asked to make a card for someone's birthday from their son in heaven.. I was asked to include the sentiment 'happy birthday mum from your angel in the sky' 
Here is what I came up with 


When I came across this image from Mo Manning I knew it was the one I should use.. 
Coloured with chameleons. Embossed clouds on the background 
Embellished with cloud dies, lace and ribbon from my stash

Pink and green

Good morning Everyone, Happy Friday

What do you have planned for the weekend?
I have a stall tomorrow at a local vintage and handmade fair, not done one at this venue or with these organiser before so hoping for a good day :-)

For today's card share I have used a cute LOTV art pad image from Set 20


I used some pretty First Edition papers that I purchased at the NEC..
Embellished with buttons, ribbom, charm and wooden number from my stash
The pretty lace is from Crafty Ribbons

Sentimental

Good Evening Crafters

Hope you are all well and had a good day,
I'm back with my second post for the day, and this time it's to share a card made for my sister to give her friends on their engagement.. 
The spec was a white on white one..


I used the gorgeous LOTV sentiment stamp from Set 42
I die cut using my go kreate dies. The background is hammered embossed cardstock layred onto linen cardstock. Embellished with doily, pearls, organza ribbon, lace and flowers from my stash.
The little stem white flowers have been in my stash for quite a while so thought I would get these used up :-)
Sentiment I printed from the computer.

I've got a card I made a while ago to share today..
I was given this photo and asked to make a card using it as a main focal point.. 
I found the LOTV papers went really well with picture.


Embellished with ribbom, lace, doily, pearls and flowers from my stash.
I sprayed the wooden number with spray and sparkle after colouring it with my promarkers

Girly with no pink

Good Monday Morning bloggers..

I've scheduled this post as its my boys first day back at school today so I'm sure it's going to be a bit of an hectic morning...lol

Anyway for Todays share I've used one of my fav Saturated Canary images and coloured her with chameleons and a touch of pencil


This pretty background paper is from a HOTP pad.. I cut a strip if coloured card and punched one side with a fiskars border punch the attached some of the gorgeous wide lace available from crafty Ribbons..
Embellished with some jute flowers and butterfly from poundland.
Flowers and pearls from WOC and sentiment from my stash.

Magic Bubble Bath

Hello blogging friends, hope you are all well and have had an enjoyable weekend..

We've spent the weekend reorganising the bedrooms and decorating the spare room for my eldest to move into.. It's all finished now and looks lovely.. But we now have lots more work ahead of us moving my youngest into his brothers old room and then my craft room into my youngests old room.. 
Oh dear this could take months :-/

Anyway I best get onto my card, has ive not posted here Since Friday. 

So for today's card share I have used the super cute Digi from The Paper Shelter called magic bubble bath coloured with chameleons and stickles.


I'm not really happy with my colouring on her face :-( 
will have to colour her again soon to practice ;-)
 I die cut the image using my xcut dies and the mat and layers too..

Bathtime Emma

Afternoon bloggers, I'm back with my second post for today.. 
For my LOTV card please scroll down to my previous post..

I'm back to share a girly card made using a gorgeous Digi from Pink Gem Designs called Bathtime Emma coloured with chameleons and pencils.. I added glossy accents to the bubbles and glitter to the bubbles in the glass ;-)



I used some gorgeous papers from first edition such a lovely spring feel to them, then mat and layered them onto white linen cardstock. Embellished with some flowery organza, pink velvety ribbon and white lace all from my stash..  Finished with a dolly and sentiment from my stash.. Flowers and Rose gem from WOC..

It's another male card

Happy Friday everyone, 

Only a few more days before my boys go back to school, oh I am going to miss them, it's been great spending time together we've even had good weather too. But it will be nice to get back into a routine.. ;-)

Now for Today's card share, I have another male one, there are times when I struggle with cards for men but occasionally I do have a wave of motivation come over me that means I get lots of them made in one go and this has been one of those weeks ;-)



I love this LOTV image but unfortunately I think this is one of the ones that has retired :-(
Coloured with chameleons... I teamed with LOTV paper and sentiment tag..
Die cut clouds, tree and fence. Then finished off with a bit of twine and some wooden embellys.

Scooter boy

Another lovely day here today, boys been to the park with their nan and grandad while I run a few errands even had an hour to get to play with some LOTV images I coloured the other day :-) before the boys came back..

Vintage Telephone

Hello everyone and Happy Easter.

Sorry Ive been missing for a few days, I had my first craft fair of 2015 yesterday, although I knew it would be a quiet one with lots of people being away for the hols I didn't expect It to be as quiet as what it was, only managed to make one sale,  however we did purchase some very yummy handmade breads, jam, chocolate and fudge  MMMmmmm! Lol..

Today we have been to an outdoor adventure course with the boys... It was great fun even if my youngest was a little frightened lol.. Back home now with the roast in and doing a bit of colouring - perfect!

For today's card share I've used a beautiful image from The Paper Shelter
Called Vintage Phone, I've used the coloured version but you do get the outline version with your purchase as well... :-)
