Birdsong

Good morning crafty friends.

Who has little ones off this week. We had a lovely first day together yesterday.. We had a lovely few hours at the park then my eldest helped me cook dinner, think we have a chef in the making lol
It's my little ones turn to cook something today lol, but he has chosen a naughty very hi calorie dessert to make :-/ lol

Right now I've always loved Hunkydory toppers and kits and have collected quite a few over the years that I've always wanted to keep and not use lol (as you do) so when I purchased even more recently I decided that I would not longer just sit and stroke them, I would actually get some cards made. In fact I've made quite a few, I will start sharing these on my blog (I hope you don't get fed up of them lol)

For this card I used a topped from the In The Garden Set.. I teamed this up with some LOTV papers, unfortunately all the LOTV papers are discontinued however you are still able to download some over at Nitwits... I embellished with pretty flowers from WOC, birdcage charm from the ribbon girl and ribbon from my stash.

Really like this bright happy card, what do you think? I love reading all your comments

Well if you keep making cards as gorgeous as this how could I get bored of them?! It is so bright and beautiful and I love the dimensional layers :-)
I have to admit to having a little Hunkydory stash freebies so maybe one day I'll use them!
Big hugs, Kat xx
