Happy 21st birthday

Good afternoon all

I'm back with my second card for today, for this one I have used one of my old Tilda's coloured with pencils.

I cut out with my nestis using the out of the box technique. The gorgeous papers are from Bearly Mine. I used a flower die to create the flowers and added pearls from WOC to the centre.

Sentiment I printed from the computer, fantatsic lace and ribbon was a candy win from Mae's blog (thank you sweetie).  I added some baby roses I. The top corner from WOC.

I quite happy how this card turned out.

Tilda with blooms

Good evening all,

How's your day been? The sun has finally made an appearance here now after a very dull day.

I'm back with a second card share for today.. This time it's a Tilda creation

I used the gorgeous papers and sentiment that were free with this months Quick cards magazine.

I used my fave ribbon from Crafty Ribbons. Finished with doily, button and liquid pearls from my stash.

I have scheduled todays post as Im off on a school trip with Ronnies class to a farm.. I am hoping the weather doesn't get too bad today so fingers crossed for me...lol.

Lemon Drizzle - take 3

Good Sunday morning bloggers..

For todays card I have a Mothers Day Card to show you, using those fab Lemon Drizzle papers that Janet designed a few weeks ago... They can be found Here

 

 

These papers are sooooo pretty and are now my favourite colour combo too lol (thanks Janet, Im addicted to these lol). I have used Tilda coloured with promarkers.. Cut out using my nesti's. I embellished with card candi, ribbon and flowers from my stash. I also used marianne flower and leaves die too.. Sentiment is a freebie from a recent magazine. I have glittered the flowers on the image a little..

Tilda - happy Easter

Good evening bloggers. Hope you've had a good day and managed to squeeze some crafty time in.

I back again with my second card for today,  this time I have a Tilda coloured with promarkers sitting on a watering can (also from Magnolia). I'm not really happy with this card. It another one of them that I don't know why I don't like it, or what's wrong etc.. But never mind. I've left it and will move on to the next make lol

Magnolia - pastels

I have Harley at home now with chicken pox, just as Ronnie went back to pre-school :-(

Im struggling to get enough light taking this pic so colours do look a little washed out.

A new Tilda

Midway Reminder at Crafty Ribbons

I have made another card for this challenge, this time I have used the gorgeous Tilda and Edwin coloured with promarkers and stickles

 

 

Dp's are Papermania distressed with tattered rose DI.. Layered onto metallic card. The Time to celebrate tag is also from Papermania.. I added some roses from WOC, a pearl dove charm from my stash. Gorgeous Vintage Rose ribbon from Crafty Ribbons that can be found Here along the bottom of the card and for the bow.

 

I finished with self adhesive pearls and a button from my stash..

 

 

I decorated the inside of the card to compliment the front and I added a matching bow and tag to the box.

Tilda for a change

Good afternoon peeps.

Hope you are well and keeping warm. It has really got cold here in the Midlands now..

I have been having a play with my distress inks again.. I dont think I am picking it up very well. Just cant seem to get it how I want.. Never mind, I will keep practising. Hopefully I will get better soon. lol

For todays card I decided to use one of my old Tilda's, as I dont think I use these half as much as I should.

 

 

The pic looks a bit washed out sorry - for a better view please click on the image..

 

I used Nitwits DP's from LOTV, flowers from WOC.. This ribbon is my fav from Crafty Ribbons. Finished with a button and some pearls.

I have a birthday card to show today,  a nice break from christmas crafting lol..

 

For this one I have used tilda with present coloured with distress inks.

 

 

DP's are from Dovecraft back to basics.

 

 

I used some gorgeous glittery ribbon from Crafty Ribbons to wrap around the top of the easle card and the base... the flowers are from WOC and my stash..

 

 

I used a label tag I had free from a magazine quite a while ago on the base of the card... To finish I added pearls from WOC.

Tilda... Tea light/candle gift..

Good afternoon all, hope you are all well in blogland..

It is getting colder and colder by the day here..

I have been busy this morning doing the housework and just nipped to the supermarket to get my grandad shopping.  Have got to collect my stepsons in a while for them to stay with us for the weekend.. And then I am staying in with the heating on and my fluffy slippers keeping me nice and snug lol...

Right now I have another tea lighter gift to show you today..

 

I have used Tilda coloured with DI (I am still practicing but enjoying doing so) Her skin is a bit too dark on this colouring but I have done another one since this and have managed to get it better (you will see this in a future post)

 

 

 

The DP's are from Free pack with a magazine, I have used my nestis for the ovals... The star sentiment was also from the paper pad (magazine). I used satin ribbon from Crafty Ribbons and flowers from WOC...Some of the flower I have sprayed with silver sparkle

 

 

I have added some beautiful smelling scented candles..

My attempt at DI...

Good afternoon to all in blogland..

 

Before I get onto my card I just want to thank you for stopping by my blog and for all the comments you all leave me... I look forward to the time of day I get chance to sit with a cuppa and read all the lovley comments you leave... I am still really enjoying the life in blogland, you are all so so talented and creative I enjoy visiting all your blogs even if I dont always get chance to leave comments.

 

Right now, yesterday I told you that I have been practicing painting with distress inks.  I have posted a few previous attempts with bears/fur but never managed to do any people/skin.. My first couple of attempts ended up in the bin as I think I over worked the ink and ended up looking dull and smudgy...but this card is the first one I was fairly happy with, what do you think? Any tips for me??

 

 

I have used a gorgeous Tilda... Coloured with DI and perfect pearls added to the necklace and bracelet...with a bit of white pen for her cheeks.

 

 

DP's are Dovercraft. Both ribbons are from Crafty Ribbons.. I added poinsetta dies layered with card candi in the middle.. A preprinted sentiment from stash and more card candi in top corner.

 

 

I love the softness of this card and the papers are beautiful.. Hope you like...

Pink, Pink and Pink.....

Good afternoon all... Hope you are all well..

 

OMG what a weekend. We have been having a change around of bedrooms here, so you can probably imagine the whole house has been upside down and it is still not back to normal. I have just finished some painting so hubby can start some wall papering after work..  We should be all straight in a few days so I do apologise for my lack of posting and commenting lately...

 

Todays card is to show you another image I have painted with distress inks.. (I am still practicing so please dont look too closely especially at the skin lol)..

 

 

Papers are Dovercraft back to basics.. and a strip of flowery paper from me to you pad... This cute little image is Magnolia (as if  you dont already know lol)....

Sentiment is a preprinted one from my stash, Flowers from WOC... i have added a large bow using ribbon from Crafty Ribbons.. and added a few buttons to finish..

Lilac and Lemon

Evening all.. Me again with my second card for today..This time I have used one of my old magnolia stamps.

She is coloured with promarkers and cut out using nesti's.. The DP's are Tatty Teddys from me to you and Nitwits Promises pad from LOTV.. I used yellow satin ribbon from Crafty Ribbons, a button and gems from my stash.  The sentiment stamp is from a Wee set (free with an old mag) The lemon border was punched with Martha Stewart punch and the two mini butterflys are also little punches.Finished with 3 flowers from WOC..

Cant believe the school holidays end this week.. I think it has flown by..

i have been messing around in my craft room again today but havent managed to make anything, I have just been sorting and trying to get organised.. I have started a little gift for my auntie's 50th but can not post yet, still got few more things to add to it.

The card I am showing you today is one I made yesterday using a digi from Beary Sweet Collection..

i have coloured with Promarkers.. The DP's are Boofle and Magnolia. The sentiment read 'You are 1 in a melon' this was included in the digi set... I have embellished with candi, flowers from WOC...leave pins from local craft store and ribbon from Hobbycraft..
