Happy Fathers Day

Morning All,

WOW!! It's a hot one here today. Just got back from walking Pops and the sun is beating down, making me feel a little sick :-(

Anyway before I head off to my cool craft room with a nice cuppa, to get working on some Sea Creature Card Orders (Got a few ideas of what I want to make, fingers crossed they turn out how I imagine lol) I thought I'd stop by and share a fathers day card I made on Saturday..

Where do the weekends go to ?  In the blink of an eye its over and boys are back to school..

I've been busy working on some magazine commissions today, I do enjoy creating a selection of cards from a particular theme or collection..

Anyway today I thought I would share a card I made for an order rather than my Design teams that seem to have taken over my blog this past few weeks lol

I used this super cute image from Di's Digi Downloads, coloured with Copics.

Papers are First Edition and DCWV. Sentiment stamp is a freebie from magazine.

I used Crafters Companion bunting die and pearls from my stash to finish.

Birthday Boy

Evening Bloggers,

Hope you are all well and have had a good weekend.

We had a day out at the beach yesterday, was a great day with the boys running up and done the sand dunes and me and hubby strolling along the beach chatting about all sorts lol.. Love spending time with my little family, amazing how time goes so quickly so its good to sometime just get away from the normal so can really appreciate what's important..

Anyway we have just got home from a lovely meal out, the boys are playing on their computers with friends so thought I'd get a card blogged before I get the copics out to do some DT colouring.

I coloured this image from Di's Digi Downloads with copics. The backing papers and die cut shapes are from the Birthday Party Pad from Crafters Companions.

I die cut the letters for the son and names. Bit of twine and ribbon was from my stash

My Heart....

Happy Friday.. What do you all have planned for the weekend.. I'm excited to say I will be spending all the day Sunday with the lovely Faye on the Copic colouring classes... So excited and a little nervous lol..

I have another Valentine card to share today, I've used the same image I used on the card I blogged Wednesday  but coloured him in a different colour.. Think I prefer this little cutie grey rather than brown.. What do you think??

Afternoon Bloggers,

Hope you are all well, there are some nasty bugs going around at the moment.

I've spent the morning at my youngest school doing a parents inspire workshop, we got to make some skyline art work with the children using black paper and some pastels/chalks, great fun !!

Anyway for todays card I've got a Valentines Card I made using this super cute image from Di's Digi Downloads (one of my chosen images as a prize recently) I coloured with Copics.  As soon as I saw the Love Hearts stamp set from For the Love of Stamps I knew these would work so well together.

Again the background and sentiment stamps are coloured with Copics.  I matt and layered onto blue cardstock and then pink using foam tape.

Morning bloggers,

Just a quick post from me today. I've only managed a few hours sleep last night and think I've finally caught the hubby's nasty bug :-( so I will be on a go slow today, waiting in for parcels to be collected and delivered.

Today's card is another one I made for an order. My customer's husband loves Hedgehogs and Poppies so this was the perfect image to use. Coloured with my copics.

Papers are from a cheap 12x12 pad I think I picked up from the range/the works a while ago. Teamed with red and black cardstock.

Ribbon and twine from my stash, sentiment I printed from the computer.

Mice Birthday

Going to have a break today from the masses of Christmas cards I still have to share with you.. lol

Instead I'm blogging this adorable little mice card I made for an order.

Now usually I would only use this image for a get well card but when I was asked to make a birthday card for a pharmacist I thought it would look well for that too. My customer was happy with it as was I :-)

The adorable image is a digi stamp from Di's Digi Downloads, coloured with Spectrum Noir/Copics and Polychromos. Papers are LOTV/Nitwits again. Sentiment I printed from the computer.

Cute New Home

Hello Crafty Friends,

Hope you are all well and having a good week..

My routine has complete gone to pot this week with the boys being off school and me not feeling great over the weekend. So hoping to get some blogging done later today to catch up..

For now I will share this card I made using an image I purchased from Dis Digi Downloads after winning a voucher for their store. OH my gosh their animal images are just so cute..

I coloured this with copics. Papers are some old ones I had left from a Wild Rose Studio Pad.

Kept it simple with the focus mainly on the image. Small sentiment printed off the computer and a couple of pearls to finish.

Hedgys with an Autumnal colour theme

I'm back with my second post of the day.. My headache seems to have cleared so have managed to get in my craft room and finish my DT samples. Hope you are all having an enjoyable Sunday

For my second share I have used a super cute image from Di's Digi Stamps..

Coloured with my new copics (still practicing and working out different colour combos atm)

I've been enjoying seeing everyones Autumal Coloured creations so thought I would use it as a main theme for this card (I know the image isn't really autumnal but think it still works well)

Papers are Bobunny, Kraft card for matt and layering, little Hedgy wooden embellishments from my stash (think they are from Hobbycraft)

I'm back with my second post for today. Trying to get all the masses of cards I still have to blog shared with you all.. lol

I was recently asked to make a card with a bbq theme but to also include a bicycle..

Here is what I came up with..

Image from Di's Digi Downloads called Grill King coloured with Spectrum Noir pens and a touch of polychrome pencils. Papers are a selection of K&Co and some freebie from Making Cards Magazine. Sentiment I printed from the computer. The bicycle image is also from some papers from Making Cards Magazine.
