A bit of die cutting

Good evening bloggers,

Hope you are all well and having a good week,

I've been working on some design work today and finishing off some orders.
I've been asked to make another of my most popular designs from 2016 using some of my most favourite dies again so while I was making it I made an extra two for stock lol

I used Regency swirls Die From the together forever range and the large butterfly from one of Sara's ranges but think this one is discontinued now.

I used xcut die numbers and some ribbons from my stash.

I will list the goodies and their links for what I used below.

Try something new

Hello bloggers,

Hope you've all had a good weekend, flew by again hasn't it. :-/

I have some thank you cards to share today that I made for my dt on The Inpisrers.. I was asked to try something new so I decided to try and experiment with Aqua tints.
After watching a few you tube tutorials I decided to create a few backgrounds using different techniques...

The first technique was just painted the inks on with a brush and blending the colours together.
I used a thank you die from Crafters Companion and layered over the top.

For this next card I used a Rock salt technique added onto the droplets of ink on the card. For the tag on this card I tried the sponging technique, where I simply applied the inks with a sponge.

This final card I used a more messier technique that involved shaving foam lol
I then used the little dies tht cme free with one of the crafter Inspirtion magazines

My candy giveaway has now closed so I will be back tomorrow to announce the winner.

It's snowing !!!

Hello crafty friends,

Sorry I've not been around in blog land much lately and sorry I didn't  get round to posting yesterday or today - I've got this dreaded cold that's going around. Been struggling to concentrate on anything for too long beaucse of this headache and haven't had much sleep as I've been up Each night coughing :-( luckily the boys seem to be ok now after a few sniffles and sore throats in the week. So all good as long as the boys are ok, would much rather me have it all than them.

Right my card share for today are these two Christmas cards made using Hunkydory images and papers.  I thought it would be the perfect time to share these snowy creations after the build up of the weather forecast for U.K. having arctic blasts and snow this weekend, in fact we only ended up having a small covering on Friday morning that soon disappeared..

I used Hunkydory papers, decoupage images and inserts for both these cards

Something in the air - SNOW, SNOWFLAKES

My candy giveaway closes shortly so don't forget to pop over to the blog of my blog to enter

Good morning crafty friends,

Just back from morning walk with poppy, it's soooo windy out there.

Anyway I'm here to share my creation for the inspirers design team.
For anyone who loves colouring you don't just have to stick to cards, the Colorista colouring pads look great when coloured and put into a frame.

Here's one I did from the exquisite florals glitter pad coloured with Colorista pens

I used Colorista pens - leaf green, pear green, forest green, nectarine, gold, lemon, lipstick

Just in case you missed it, I have candy at the top of my blog.
