Party Time..

My First card for today is this cute Sugar Nellie stamp..

I have paper pieced his waistcoat, jeans and balloons., I coloured the rest of the image with promarkers

(tan, raw sienna and dusky pink)..

The backing papers are from K & Company Hopscotch Boy pad.

The Sentiment 'Party Time' is from a set of stamps by Helz Cuppleditch.

I inked the edge of the card, papers, and image with Tea Dye distress ink..
