Evening everyone,
What a terrible day, wet windy and cold... I'm Glad to be in doors now with the heating on lol.
I have a card to share made using a sheet of decoupage that I printed off from a crafters companion CD ages ago..the backing paper is from the Cd too.
I love this cute character, I only used a few of the layers as I tend not to like very high decoupage images... I used some gorgeous bright organza from my stash, a little shoe charm and a sentiment tag from LOTV..
