You're So Sweet

Good afternoon All.

Hope you are all well, the weather is up and down here (one min the sun is shining the next we have rain)... Hurry up spring!!!

Before I get onto my card I just want to share some news with you.. As you know a few months ago I had to have my labrador puppy put to rest... He was only 10mths old.. It was a very big shock and we all still miss him so so much.. We will always remember him and talk about him every day..

While he was with us he certainly left his mark.. (In more ways than one).  Last weekend we decorated our kitchen but we could not bring ourselves to removed some of those marks so I have decided to turn it into a bit of art lol..

(this picture shows where Coco chewed the wall and our new piece of art lol...)

We have decided to have another labrador
 (picure below)
We know she will never replace Coco but we feel that having her will help ease the gap that losing Coco has made in our family..

We are collecting her next week, so I am very excited but also very sad that Coco will never be back with us and that he will never get to meet her...

Anyway enough of my blabbering..lol... On to my card..

Todays card is this gorgous LOTV stamp...

I have coloured her with Promarkers... The backing papers are from Dovecraft back to basics... The butterflys are on a organza ribbon, not sure if it shows in the picture.. The sentiment is a preprinted one from a magazine freebie.. I have embellished this card with gems and a die cut swirl..

I am entering this card into the following challenges:

Thanks for visiting.. And sorry for the long post...
You can go have a cuppa now lol...

Have a good weekend all, hopefully I will be back later with more cards..

Love and Hugs
Kelly x
